SECURITY
The internet is not a secure medium. However we have put in place various security procedures as set out in this policy.
The server that provides the services offered by Quick Telecommunications Limited runs on a Linux operating system which is continually monitored and all available security maintenance is carried out as and when required. The server is physically housed in a high security premises in Harbour Exchange, London. Access to the server is only provided to authorised personal via security ID badges, which are monitored onsite by video surveillance and 24 hour security personnel. Electronic access to the server is restricted at IP level by a firewall. All unnecessary TCP/IP ports are closed to public access except those necessary for the operation of the website and communications to Companies House.
The TCP/IP ports that are necessary for the operation of the system are 80 (HTTP), 443 (HTTPS), 21 (FTP), 110 (POP3), 143 (IMAP) and 25 (SMTP). Access to port 22 (SSH) is restricted to the IP addresses of the Leagrave office only.
The internal procedures of Quick Telecommunications Limited cover the confidential storage, access and disclosure of your information.
SALE OF BUSINESS
If this business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners.
